something new

In September of 2021, I started second shooting with no intention of ever taking weddings on by myself. I absolutely loved the creativity that came with second shooting but I was too timid to even consider it.

Then in April of 2022 I met with my first potential bride and by November 2022 I was shooting weddings by myself. I am enamored with the wedding industry. There are parallels with the theatre industry I came from; I see weddings as a production that I am investing my real-life feelings and love into. Vendors in Austin are truly unmatched and I yearn for the teamwork that comes with pulling weddings together.
