WHAT TO EXPECT

Styling

I always prefer when the outfits and the location complement each other. If you need my guidance, I'm happy to assist with styling! Tell me what you're going for, talk to me about your style, and you're even welcome to send me your wardrobe budget and apparel size; I can send you some links to outfits.

Locations

I have a handful of preferred locations in the greater Austin area that I'm happy to share during our planning period! If you're looking for a specific look that I don't have a suggestion for, or if your session takes place outside of Austin, I will location scout for you! If you have a location suggestion, please let me know during our planning period. If your preferred location charges a fee, I will make the arrangements, but you will be responsible for paying that fee in addition to your session balance.

Day-of

We meet! We shoot, we dance, maybe...if you like to dance(: you bring your best self and I bring mine! If this is a family shoot, be aware that I'm likely going to let your toddler take the lead. In a good way! If this is a couples shoot, be ready to like...hold each other...while I third-wheel y'all. Oh, it's so exciting! Bring your hype playlist, bring an extra cardigan, bring a snack or a seltzer! I'll give you a few prompts and give you some light directions and tips on poses, but for the most part, I just want you to exist.

Post-shoot

Within 3 days you'll receive a sample gallery of watermarked/unedited photos to choose the photos that are included in your package. If you'd like to purchase additional photos, you may add them on.

Delivery

Turnaround time is generally 10-14 days from the day you confirm your photo selections. Events and elopements may take up to 6 weeks. You will receive a private gallery with your selected photos, along with a handful of creative/detail shots.

Prints/Printing Rights

I highly recommend ordering prints through me, as all prints are sent in from a professional printing lab available to businesses. Print releases may be purchased for the highest resolution versions for you to print on your own.

To secure your session date on my calendar, a $150 non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before our session. Any travel fees must be paid upon booking (in addition to your retainer). Payment plans are available upon request.

Family sessions and small events are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
